Please note:

  • The visa fee in Ukrainian Hryvnya (UAH) is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Handling fees are non-refundable and may only be paid in cash in Ukrainian Hryvnya at the cashier desk at the Visa Application Center. The handling fee is 21 € + 20% Tax. The handling fees can change without prior notice.
  • To courier your passport back after assessment of the application to your specified address, is available at UAH 50, - (VAT and service surcharge inclusive) per application.

All fees are non-refundable and collected in Hryvnya (UAH). Fees can be paid through cash at the V.A.C.

The Visa Application Centre is not in any way associated with any agents/ representatives outside the Visa Application Centre premises. We strongly advise applicants not to cooperate with any such agents/ representatives. VAC is not responsible for their actions.
You do not need to make any payment for scheduling an appointment. This service is free of charge.
