Schedule an Appointment at the VAC 

This page allows you to schedule an appointment for Italy Visa at your convenience. The appointment is only for submitting your application at Visa Application Centre for Italy. All applicants applying for any visa category should be present at the time of submission of their application. Children below 18, applying for any visa category are required to be present at the time of submission along with parents. If parents of child can’t attend the appointment, documents can be presented by close relatives. In this case, relative should have original of notarized authority letter from one of the parent and administrative documents that prove family ties. The visa application centre will not be able to accept applications brought by relatives, agents or representatives of applicants. If an interview is required the same will be intimated to you by the Embassy of Italy.

Due to a high demand and longer waiting period of appointments, the Embassy of Italy has disallowed any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. Please ensure that you adhere to your scheduled date and time of appointment to submit your visa application at the Visa Application Centre to avoid any delay in your travel plans. However, in case of any emergencies please send your request for rescheduling or cancellation on email to info@italyvac-ua.com for the Embassy to consider your request. 

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants, who didn't show up for their appointment in the Visa Application Center and didn't notify the Visa Application Center via e-mail info@italyvac-ua.com in advance (till 17:00 of the previous working day), will not be able to schedule new appointment within the next 30 working days.
