Prolonged passports cannot be submitted by the applicant. Effective November 16, 2009 Visa Application Centre in Kyiv announces extended hours of Submission and Collection times for all applicants. Application submission as well as collection will be possible Monday to Friday between 0830 - 1530 hours, giving you seven hours of non-stop service.

The Embassy of Italy in Kiev has outsourced the visa application process to facilitate visa applicants. Ukrainian nationals and citizens of other nationalities officially residing in Ukraine, who require and are applying for visas under the categories of Subordinate Employment, Self-employment, Family Reunion, Business, Transport, Sport Events, and Tourism, will be able to submit their visa applications at the Visa Application Centre for Italy in Kiev.

How to apply?

Embassy of Italy will accept applications from residents of Ukraine and residents of other countries with permit to stay in Ukraine.

Visa Applications submitted at Visa Application Center for Italy will be accepted after taking prior appointment. Appointments can be scheduled through the following channels:

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants, who didn't show up for their appointment in the Visa Application Center and didn't notify the Visa Application Center via e-mail info@italyvac-ua.com in advance (till 17:00 of the previous working day) ,will not be able to schedule new appointment within the next 30 working days.

Important Information!

If you have invitation from commercial Italian company you need to schedule an appointment for Business visa category. If you have invitation from from citizen of Italy or foreign citizen, who is legally residing in Italy, official institution, organization, university, local authority you need to schedule an appointment for Tourism visa category.If you're going to participate in a sport competition (required visa category GARA SPORTIVA), you need to schedule an appointment for Tourism Visa Category.

If you would like to make an appointment for a group (minimum 8 members can be considered as a group), you need to write an e-mail request along with your contact information to info@italyvac-ua.com, and the instruction will be sent to you. Members of the groups below 18 years old and those who did not have previous Schengen visas will have to apply in person.

ONLY APPLICANTS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE VISA APPLICATION CENTRE

This is an important Announcement for all applicants visiting the Italian Visa Application Centre for submission and collection of their visa applications!

Only applicants will be allowed to enter the Visa Application Centre DURING their Appointment Scheduled hour. If an applicant arrives at the Visa Application Centre before the Scheduled Appointment, he/she will have to wait for their appointment time before getting an entry inside the application Centre. Anyone (i.e. non-applicants) accompanying the applicant will NOT be allowed inside the Visa Application Centre; hence one must avoid such situations. In case of a Minor applying, only one person (i.e. one of the parents, the Guardian) will be allowed to accompany the minor inside the application centre.
