PROCEDURE AFTER SUBMITTING VISA APPLICATION

1. What should I do after submitting the visa application?
Check the status of your application by logging on to the website (www.italyvac-ua.com) in the evening of the third working day after submission or Call our Call Centre on: +38 044 594 96 17 or +38 050 1179004

2. If the visa is issued:
a) Courier Case: If you have paid UAH 220, 00 your passport will be delivered at the address provided by you by courier. You need to hand over the stamped photocopy to the courier person to get the delivery.

b) Non-Courier Case: If you have paid UAH 170,00 you will be able to collect your passport from the Visa Application Centre where you submitted your application, on the next day after the visa is issued:-

• Between 1600 - 1700 hrs
  

3. If the visa is refused
Your passport & other documents will be handed over to you at the Visa Application Centre where you applied.

• Visa fees and Service Charge, once paid, are non refundable
• You can obtain further information, and download visa application forms from
  www.italyvac-ua.com
• Visa Application Centre is open Monday - Friday, between the following times:
  0830 - 1230 & 1300 - 1530 hrs
