IMPORTANT NOTICE

• All applicants applying for an Employment Visa are required to come in person to the visa application centre for submitting their visa application. The visa application centre will not be able to accept applications brought by relatives, agents or representatives of applicants. 
• Applicants applying for a Transport Visa for the first time are required to come in person to the visa application centre for submitting their visa application. The visa application centre will not be able to accept applications brought by relatives, agents or representatives of applicants. 
• All applicants applying for Business Visa need to apply in person at the vac incase they do not have any previos schengen visa in the last 18 months. 
• All applicants are advised to book their appointments through the website or the call centre under the visa category as per their actual purpose of visit. The Visa application centre will be unable to accept applications from any applicant who has booked appointment under a wrong category. 
• Due to a high demand and longer waiting period of appointments, the Embassy of Italy has disallowed any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. Please ensure that you adhere to your scheduled date and time of appointment to submit your visa application at the Visa Application Centre to avoid any delay in your travel plans. However, in case of any emergencies please send your request for rescheduling or cancellation on email to info@italyvac-ua.com for the Embassy to consider your request. . 
• PLEASE NOTE: Applicants, who didn’t show up for their appointment in the Visa Application Center and didn’t notify the Visa Application Center via e-mail info@italyvac-ua.com in advance, will not be able to schedule new appointment within the next 30 working days.
• PLEASE NOTE: Application can not be submitted earlier than 3 month before your travel date.
• PLEASE NOTE: That it takes minimum 10 working days to process the application.
• PLEASE NOTE: That passport having a refusal from a Schengen country will not be accepted for submission. The applicant is advised to first cancel the refusal from the Schengen Embassy which issued the refusal. There are only two exceptions to this policy: 1) If the refusal is from the Italian Embassy, than the submission will be accepted; 2) If there is a Schengen Visa issued post Schengen refusal.
